All information parents share with staff will be confidential and not shared with any other agency/individual without parental permission.

However, we have a responsibility to protect the children in our care and in matters of safeguarding children, when there is concern regarding a child's welfare, it may be necessary to consult the Social Work Assessment Team prior to discussing the matter with parents.
